From call-out to check-out
From the first alert to the last check-out, everyone works from the same picture.
The call goes out
Use Rapid Alerts to send emergency call-outs to your team through the RAM mobile app. Members can confirm whether they’re responding and see where to report.
Check in and get an assignment
Members can check in digitally or be checked in manually at the command post. Operation managers assign teams to search areas on the shared operation map.
Track teams in the field
View team tracks recorded in the RAM app and GPS tracks uploaded by K9 handlers on the operation map. Command can review search coverage and plan assignments.
Send an SOS from the field
Members can send an SOS through the RAM app to alert command and everyone checked in to the operation. Their location appears on the operation map, where command can coordinate the response and track who is responding.

All features shown below are included in every plan.

Track member responses and arrivals as they happen.
Coordinate help for a team member
Members send an SOS through the RAM app to alert command and everyone checked in to the operation.

How we protect your records
Your agency trusts RAM with personnel and operational records. Here is how we protect them.
Hosted on Amazon Web Services
RAM runs on AWS infrastructure in the United States, the same cloud trusted by public safety agencies and governments.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to RAM use HTTPS. Your database, files, and cached data are encrypted where they are stored.
A private, backed-up database
The database is on a private network that only RAM's own servers can reach. It is backed up automatically every day and protected against accidental deletion.
Access you control
Roles and individual permissions decide who sees member records, K9 records, and agency documents. Sign-ins expire quickly, and passwords must meet strength rules.
Private file storage
Photos and documents are kept in secure AWS storage, separated by agency and by member, and kept private. Files are shown only through links that expire.
A record of changes
The System Activity Log shows who changed what, and when.
In the field, on iPhone and iPad
Members answer call-outs, check in, see their task, record their team’s track as they search, and send an SOS.
