Subscriptions are tied to specific agencies and cannot be transferred. Please contact our support team if you need to discuss special circumstances.

Administrators and users with Membership role can add new members by navigating to the Members section and clicking the "Add Member" button. You'll need to provide basic information for the new member.

Your free trial lasts 30 days (60 days for approved beta agencies). When it ends, you'll need to select a subscription plan to continue using Rescue Agency Manager. Your data will be preserved, but access will be limited until a subscription is activated.
